Rhythm Send is a tool for managing outreach workflows. We do not provide legal advice, and you are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach practices comply with applicable law and third party terms.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RHYTHM SEND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rhythm Send from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
